Our storage, unlike self storage is only accessible by appointment and are accompanied by the storage manager, hence restricting random uncheck access to your goods.
Pricing :
Monthly storage fees are based on the volume of goods stored. Our rate is calculated by cubic foot per month plus applicable sales tax. The monthly storage fee is $.35 per cubic foot volume of goods being stored (Fees are subject to a monthly minimum of $100.00). Please note that storage charges do not include Moving in or out charges.
Tips :
It is the client’s responsibility to store only legal, non-hazardous, non-flammable goods.
What not to store: Food (of any nature), plants, animals, and any item that contains fuel (i.e. motor vehicles and BBQ grills with propane tanks in place). We also suggest that you do not store items such as jewelry, heirlooms, passports, important documents, checkbooks and cash.
